Clarity, Compassion & Cocktails – A Night to Remember

A week after Clarity, Compassion & Cocktails, I’m still basking in the glow of sharing with exceptional women & the feedback on my reflexology, EFT & kinesiology.

It’s been a whole week since our Clarity, Compassion & Cocktails event, and I’m still feeling the buzz. The memories of that night continue to lift me, and the feedback I’ve received has been nothing short of heartwarming. So many people took the time to send messages of good luck before the event, messages of thanks after the event, inquiries of when the next one will be and gorgeous messages of how connected, relaxed, and inspired you felt, and it fills me with gratitude to know that what we created together had such an impact.

Looking back over the stunning photos from Sarah of Croí8 by Sarah, I’m transported right back into that magical space. Sarah managed to capture every smile, laugh, and quiet moment of reflection – those little glimmers that made the night so special. Seeing the joy and openness on everyone’s faces reminded me exactly why I love sharing reflexology, kinesiology, and EFT in group settings like this.

The atmosphere was something I’ll never forget – a room full of women showing up for themselves, for each other, and for the simple joy of connection. Collaborating with two incredible business women, Aisling of Kandle Queen and Brenda Cormican Business Coach made the evening even more powerful, and I feel so lucky to have been part of something that brought so much light and laughter.

A week on, I still feel such a sense of pride and fulfilment. Before I step back for maternity leave, this event feels like just the kind of high I want to carry with me – a reminder of how meaningful it is to share what I love with such an open-hearted group of women.

As I reflect on the night, what stays with me most is the connection – the laughter, the willingness to try something new, and the way we all lifted each other up. That’s the kind of energy I hope to continue bringing into my work, my community, and this next chapter of motherhood.

To everyone who came along, supported us, and shared your feedback afterwards – thank you. You made this event what it was. Here’s to more evenings of connection and joy when I return – I know this is just the beginning of something really special.

Le solas agus grá,

Gráinne
