A Morning for Mothers and Babies — a beautifully gentle blend of therapies designed to help you feel grounded, supported, and soothed, alongside your little one. We will introduce you to simple reflexology practices to bond with your baby, Nicola will fill the space with a gorgeous Reiki infused sound bath and I will introduce you to kinesiology and EFT tapping techniques to help quieten that mom guilt voice and foster self-compassion.
If you have a baby aged 4 weeks to 1 year, this is such a gorgeous way to slow down and connect—with yourself, your baby, and other lovely mums.
