These Terms & Conditions apply to all appointments, programmes, and services provided by 8ráBeo Holistics.
By booking an appointment or purchasing a programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
1. Services
All reflexology treatments and fertility support sessions are complementary therapies designed to support wellbeing and reproductive health.
They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are advised to continue working with their GP, consultant, or medical team where appropriate.
2. Booking & payment
All appointments must be booked in advance via the online booking system.
- Individual sessions are paid at time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- Programme payments are made in full at the time of commitment following the intake session.
- Booking is only confirmed once payment is received where applicable.
3. Cancellations & rescheduling
All appointments are reserved specifically for you and your treatment plan.
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be counted as used or charged at my discretion.
Missed appointments (no-shows) are considered used.
This policy is in place to protect dedicated clinical time and maintain consistency across treatment programmes.
4. Programme structure & validity
Fertility programmes are structured, cycle-led treatment plans designed to support consistency and clinical progression.
- The 8-session fertility programme is typically designed to be completed over approximately 10–12 weeks.
- Sessions are intended to be attended weekly where possible to support optimal outcomes.
- Programme sessions are pre-booked in advance at the time of enrolment.
While flexibility is allowed where needed, consistency is an important part of the therapeutic process.
5. Partner support
Fertility support programmes may include a dedicated session for a partner’s reproductive health.
This is included as part of a whole-couple approach and is not transferable or exchangeable for other services.
A separate male fertility programme may also be offered where additional support is required.
6. Pregnancy & treatment transition
If pregnancy occurs during a fertility programme, any remaining fertility sessions may be transferred to pregnancy reflexology within the validity period.
Reproflexology protocols are considered appropriate for use during early pregnancy and are adapted accordingly.
7. Refunds
All programmes and discounted treatment plans are non-refundable once commenced.
This reflects the reservation of clinical time and structured programme planning.
Individual sessions are also non-refundable once completed or missed.
8. Medical considerations
Clients are responsible for informing the practitioner of any medical conditions, medications, fertility treatments, or changes in health status prior to each session.
Reflexology is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical care.
9. Practitioner discretion
The practitioner reserves the right to adapt, decline, or discontinue treatment where it is deemed clinically inappropriate or outside scope of practice.
10. Pricing
All pricing is correct at the time of booking.
Programme pricing reflects a discounted structure compared to individual session rates and is not affected by future price changes.
11. Data & confidentiality
All client information is treated as strictly confidential.
With explicit written consent, anonymised case information may be used for professional development, training, or educational purposes. No identifiable personal information will ever be shared.
