I would highly recommend Grainne. After my first treatment with Grainne I had the best night sleep i have had in months. I felt so much more lighter and grounded . It is hard to put into words but I had to go back i had such amazing results. I did 5 treatments with Grainne and looked forward to each one as I could feel the results. Highly recommend Grainne.

Grainne is one of the most genuine people I have ever come across. I have recieved reflexology, reiki and recently kinesiology and , I have to say from the moment you enter her clinic, you just feel held in her presence, she takes the upmost care of you and listens to every detail.
Her space is so calming and so is her energy. I was sceptical about kinesiology as I didn’t know too much about it , but my goodness was she spot on. My life has improved so much since I started working with Grainne⁩. I can’t recommend her enough.

Her ability to really listen and her knowledge of suitable complementary therapy immediately sets one at ease. Treatment is certainly relaxing and a wonderful experience.

I went to Gráinne for pregnancy reflexology at 39 weeks and I can’t recommend her enough. It was such a relaxing hour and I had the best and most comfortable sleep that night after my session with her. I will return for reflexology again just as a treat even without a doubt :)

I cannot recommend the mum and baby reflexology classes enough.
The classes were well organised and ran so smoothly. Grainne has a beautiful way of making everyone feel at ease, resulting in the whole group being comfortable with eachother.
I now have the confidence to help my baby in ways I never thought I could & I am forever grateful to Grainne for that.

Absolutely loved our baby reflexology classes with Gràinne. My 6 month old baby was so relaxed & happy in the class and I learned so much.
We got to meet other new mums and share experiences. We still practice what we learned and Gràinne gave really good handouts to refer back to.

I did Gràinne’s baby Reflexology course and I was delighted with it. I found the class itself to be so well organised and left me with brilliant skills for settling my baby! It was very conveniently organised on a Saturday morning which was brilliant for me as I have a second child and often miss out on baby classes during the week.
It was so nice afterwards to chill with the other Mums and have tea and treats. I’d definitely recommend this class to everyone.
